Biography
Dr. John Hong has more than 14 years of experience helping patients achieve healthy, bright smiles. He has dutifully and diligently served thousands of patients in Westchester County (NY) and Midtown Manhattan, and now brings his skills to Advanced and Elite Dentistry of Collegeville.
A New York native, Dr. Hong received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and earned his MHS degree at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. He earned his DMD degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, completing his residency program in general dentistry at the Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. He also completed advanced training in implantology at Columbia University School of Dentistry, New York, and the world-renowned Pikos Institute.
Dr. Hong also organizes and participates in dental mission trips to bring quality care to impoverished communities around the world. When he’s not helping patients, Dr. Hong can be found playing golf and sampling local cuisine with his wife.
